The properties of Acqua Castello have been known since ancient times. It has multiple beneficial properties, for example a balanced content of Calcium and Magnesium. It also contains little sodium and its alkaline pH is good for the body.
Castello Oligomineral Water is among the Italian low-mineral waters with the lowest sodium content.

As is known, the pH indicates the degree of acidity or alkalinity of an aqueous solution. The neutral pH has a value of 7. To keep our body in a state of well-being, it is therefore advisable to maintain a pH level slightly above 7 (alkaline pH).

This is why it prevents the precipitation of salt crystals and makes phosphates and oxalates soluble.
